Purkey's customer service is excellent. One day the window in my daughter's car was smashed out. Robin lined up a repair within hours, and the window was fixed quickly.

A few years ago, an acquaintance tried to persuade us to switch insurance agents to an online insurance policy/agent. The hard sell was "low cost", however, the closest agent is in Kentucky. While I wasn't interested in switching anyway, that sealed the deal. There is something comforting about knowing the staff personally, knowing that their office is just minutes away, and knowing that I can knock on the door anytime I want or need to. Can't put a price on personal customer service.
